Our purees are made from sun ripened fruit harvested on selected plantations.

At our carefully selected manufacturers the fruit is cleaned, pureed then pasteurize and cooled.

Finally, it is packed in customer specific aseptic packaging.

Alternatively, the puree can also be delivered deep frozen.

The entire process is as close to the plantation as possible in order to preserve the original properties and quality of the product as best as possible, but also to minimize the carbon footprint.
