The purpose of this course is to give an understanding of safe rig move and jacking operations for jackups in theory and practice. Practical exercises will be completed in an advanced motion platform jacking simulator.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS None. The course is recommended for operational personnel from drilling companies, including;
  • Ass. Barge Engineers
  • Barge Engineer / Barge Master / Marine Section Leader
  • Jacking Control Operators
