Towards billions of smiling tummies

To drive the pipeline of NPD, EDP and value engineering projects within frozen bread and pastry sold across all channels in Denmark and internationally through the 21 sister companies Lantmännen Unibake Denmark Frozen is looking for a Senior Innovation Manager. 

You will be spearheading the innovation team as well as the innovation culture across the organization and further you will be a key ambassador in turning the sustainability vision and ambition into tangible business opportunities through a range of exciting projects and initiatives.

More specifically look forward to the following areas of responsibility: 

• Identify and execute the ideal portfolio of NPD/EPD/value engineering projects aligned with the overall strategy
• Develop, execute and follow-up on the operational innovation plan in close collaboration with the innovation team and the category teams
• Drive the stage gate process & meetings
• Responsible for continuous improvement regarding ways-of-working and ensure that tools are implemented and thoroughly anchored in the organization
• Drive insights-based innovation and concept/product development
• Project management of a strategically important sustainability project
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of four dedicated Product Developers and a Junior Application Manager

You will be based at the office in Horsens, where you will be part of the Marketing & Innovation management team with reference to Marketing & Innovation Director, Mette Børsting Hofman. You can look forward to 10-15 days travelling to global meetings and markets as well as sales meetings.
