HR People Partner - HR System

What you’ll be doing
- To provide effective and evidence-based HR solutions, support, and advice to the organization, enabling the business to deliver its people strategy and address its people challenges.
- Responsible for ENBAL’s Global HR IS[MB1] - Talentsoft. Drive the implementation, development, and maintenance of efficient HR processes in Talentsoft that support ENABL’s business needs.
- Aligning system processes and integrations with key stakeholders, i.e., Payroll, IT, Finance, etc
- Facilitating efficient training for managers and employees using Talentsoft.
- Responsible for HR master data, HR KPI’s and reports – both internally in HR and towards the broader organization.
- Manage tasks such as leave, yearly salary adjustments, employment law compliance, updating policies, and maintaining the employee database.
- Providing the primary operations interface for ENABL People Managers and being the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Play an active role in knowledge management by reviewing, updating, publishing, and monitoring HR information, building a knowledge base to enable colleagues to self-serve.
HR supports the business in all HR-related areas, with our Talentsoft HR system serving as the backbone for efficient processes and structure. As an HR People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing the implementation of reliable master data processes aligned with business needs. You will ensure data accuracy and collaborate across departments globally to optimize HR operations. A crucial part of your role will involve educating employees on HR processes and implementing system modules.
What we’re looking for
We seek a colleague with strong knowledge of ERP systems and HR processes who is analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and has excellent collaboration skills.
Our ideal candidate would have experience from a similar role and a relevant educational background (BA level or higher). You have strong communication skills in both Danish and English and a system-oriented mindset. The role requires at least three years of professional experience.
You understand systems (and business) and master data, taking a methodical and structured approach to your work. You are thorough, reliable, and able to be firm yet service-minded.
